Crowdfunding our route

Our Crowdfunder  campaign is now live, and we are looking to raise £20,000 to surface Phase 2 of our route, which runs from Great Elm to Elliots lane, Hapsford. Find out more by visiting our Crowdfunder page

We still have a page on Local Giving, which provides an alternative way for you to make a donation. See our Local Giving page for more details.

You can also contact us via email, to set up a regular or one-off payment linking directly to our charity bank account. Contact us at mail@fromesmissinglinks.org.uk

Where your money goes

We have been granted funding to surface the section of path from Great Elm to Hapsford, as the surface has been prepared by volunteers, using railway ballast that was available on the site. As much as possible has been done by volunteers, and we are now ready for surfacing machinery. All the funds raised by the public through this campaign will go into the tarmacking.

It is important to tarmac this section to make it fully accessible to all. It will also be far easier – and cheaper – to maintain once it is tarmacked, and it will put us in a better position to move on to the next section.

We have a number of quotes for the tarmacking, and we will endeavour to get the best possible value for money.
